Though he enlisted the property with a $6.89 million price tag in September 2019, his final selling amount came down to $5.6 million. Regardless of not securing the exact amount he demanded initially, Disick gained a profit of $2.7 million.
History of the mansion
Initially,, the entire design and construction of the home somewhat gave off a very conventional, artistic, and cultured look when it was purchased. However, once Disick moved in, he went on to renovate the place with a modern vibe and elevated look.
He revamped the mansion with the help of his Flip it Like Disick team, especially Willa Ford. Currently, the vibe of the estate gives off a farmhouse chic look featuring a country-like rustic wood texture and white paneled exterior.

Perched on a 1.33-acre plot in L.A, this private two-story mansion features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The owner is greeted with a rotating 10-feet tall front glass door, which leads to an open floor area and a living room attached to a wine cellar and fireplace.
The kitchen looks well ventilated, spacious, and bright due to the light wood floors and cabinetry. There’s a dining area featuring glass pocket doors opening into an extensively covered courtyard.
