Nick Nolte – $3.9 Million, Malibu
He might be an excellent actor, having won an Oscar for The Prince of Tides, but when it comes to real estate, not everyone can relate to his taste. In fact, it took him years to sell his Malibu house, and sold it for less than half his original asking price, for $3.9 million, in 2014.
Nick’s old house was built in 1963 on a two-acre lot. The main house has four bedrooms and bathrooms, including an office-library. The lot also has a two-bed, three-bath guest house and a tennis court. In 2020, Nick played in the series called Paradise Lost.
