Known for his roles in “How I Met Your Mother” and “Doogie Howser, M.D.,” Neil is known for going big on Halloween. He continued entertaining audiences in 2023, hosting “Drag Me to Dinner.” The family’s themed costume was a fun mix of classic monsters and cuteness!
