Christina Pickles – West Yorkshire, 86

Christina Pickles is famous for portraying Judy Gellar, the mother of siblings Ross and Monica Gellar, on the iconic sitcom Friends, for which she won a Primetime Emmy nomination in 1995. After a decade of acting in Broadway productions, Pickles made her television debut in 1970 on Guiding Light and followed it up with a string of memorable appearances in J.A.G and How I Met Your Mother.

Besides television, Christina’s illustrious career spanning over five decades includes notable performances in the films Legends of the Fall and The Wedding Singer. In 2018, Pickles received her seventh Emmy nomination for her role in a comedic web series, Break a Leg.
