Woods regrets the way he behaved during his marriage. While many may assume he’s spiteful about the $100 million he lost to his ex-wife, the truth is that the pro golfer is a wiser and more mature man now. According to Essentially Sports, he even admitted to his children that he was to blame for the divorce.

When asked why he was separating from mommy, Woods reportedly said, “it’s because daddy made some mistakes.” While this alone doesn’t justify Woods’s unacceptable behavior, it shows that his mind is in the right place and that he’s brave enough to take responsibility for everything he did wrong.
