A railing that stops you from moving, yes, that’s what this railing does. It kills the very purpose of having a railing. It may cause an accident, imagine a student in a mad rush to reach the next floor and misses the barrier altogether.
Of course, if you notice carefully, you can still pass through. This mistake can cost the construction worker dearly. What could have occupied their minds so much that they were able to commit such a huge blunder? It beats us that the worker had one job to do and managed to make a complete mess of it.
