We often marvel at how creative graduates are when describing their high school experience. Faizon Graham felt his four years in classrooms resembled time spent in a prison cell. To him, the teachers were likely correctional officers, the principal prison warden, and students his fellow inmates.

Again, there was a strict timetable and rules to follow. It showed commonality with a jail that there were even uniforms and eating in a common cafeteria. Of course, the analogy is exciting, but we don’t believe his educational experience is close to or like that of jail. If he didn’t realize it, Faizon had freedom.
