Up to the Task

Laura had watched Nini since she came into the Waffle House. She seemed to be everywhere, doing everything from taking orders over the phone to running around the kitchen preparing and serving orders. She also checked in with customers to ensure all was perfect.

One of the customers that Laura noticed Nini attending to was also a regular. He had come in to grab his usual breakfast, just like Laura, and the waitress was quick to attend to what he wanted for that morning.
