Serving His Sentence

Miller wrote many petitions to try and reduce his sentence, but to no avail. He soon accepted his fate but thought of an easier way to serve his sentence. To have a better chance, he knew he needed to be transferred from a maximum security facility to a minimum security one. With this in mind, he began to devise another plan.

He aimed to improve his living conditions, even in prison. So, he was on his best behavior and stayed out of trouble throughout, which eventually paid off. He was transferred to a minimum security facility, which he described as more like a camp, compared to where he came from.
