Despite ranking as one of the smallest countries in the world, Iceland is known for its soccer strength, which has led to its qualification for major tournament competitions four times. In the 2018 World Cup in Russia, the nation made its maiden appearance but didn’t pass past the group D stage after Croatia eliminated it 2-1.

This lovely fan appeared during the countries’ second qualifying group match, which ended in a 1-1 tie with Argentina. Though she seemed happy with that outcome, the next game was quite devastating as her team lost to Nigeria. Nonetheless, Iceland still qualified for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
