David Roberts: Adelaide – 61

Science fiction fans may remember David Roberts from the cult-favorite film franchise ‘The Matrix,’ where he nabbed the part of Captain Roland for two of the three movies. Prior to his career in action films, Roberts used to be a theater actor and only indulged in minor TV roles to kick off his exposure onscreen.

Soon enough, the Australian actor’s hard work paid off as he eventually got more movie parts and was even nominated under the best actor category by the American Film Institute. It goes to show that anything is worth it as long as one puts their heart into it!
