Hoping To Become The Oldest Woman Ever

According to David Tavella, the director of communications at Sister Andre’s care home, the centenarian is happy about being the oldest living woman in the world. She is even planning to take the title of the oldest woman to have ever lived from Jeanne Calment, who died in 1997 after living to be 122.

Jeanne is the only verified person to have lived up to 120. And interestingly, the two women hail from France. So if it’s French DNA that makes it possible, Sister Andre has a good shot.
