Jane Pauley — $1.2 Million

Currently the anchor for CBS Sunday Morning, Jane Pauley made history in 1975 when she became the first female newscaster on a major evening news program for NBC. She built a long career at NBC, which included 13 years as anchor of Today, followed by 12 years as co-host of Dateline NBC.

In 2004 Pauley left Dateline to host the eponymous Jane Pauley Show and wrote her memoirs, Skywriting: A Life Out of the Blue. In 2009 she returned to Today to host a segment called Your Life Calling, which ran until 2013, culminating in the release of her second book, Your Life Calling: Reimagining the Rest of Your Life.
