David Gregory — $5 Million

Nicknamed “Dancing Man” by former US President George W Bush, David Gregory built a close relationship with the former POTUS while covering the 2000 United States elections for NBC. He later became NBC’s White House Correspondent, being named the Best White House Correspondent by the Media Research Centre for his coverage of Bush’s first 100 days as president.

This left him in good stead going forward as he covered two more US elections for NBC while also hosting the Night News on weekdays and weekends. Gregory became the long term moderator for the longest-running program in TV history, Meet The Press. He is currently a political analyst for CNN.
