If you’ve been around during the ’80s, then the names Debbie Allen and Norm Nixon would ring a bell. But for different reasons. Back then, Allen was famous for her lead role as Lydia Grant on Fame and Nixon as part of the Los Angeles Lakers.
It was right around the same time (1984 to be precise) that the two got married. Being busy and famous in their own fields of work, the couple still managed to succeed at marriage.
