Different Shades
When Sarah was adopted, she was happy to be part of a new family that loved and adored her to bits. They have never been shy of their angel, and maybe this is why Sarah and her loving adoptive family have fond memories of her childhood.
Due to her darker skin tone, Sarah was always aware of their difference, and she recalls one of her sister’s friends asking if she was black or just had a heavy tan. It’s quite intriguing when you think about it, but doesn’t it show how unique this family dynamic was?
