Acquired in 1999, this 1,583-acre property, once a hog farm, was transformed into a serene retreat. The main house, completed in 2001, is a single-level, three-bedroom limestone structure that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the home features geothermal heating and cooling, as well as a 42,000-gallon underground cistern for rainwater collection. During George’s presidency, the ranch was known as the “Western White House,” hosting numerous dignitaries and serving as a backdrop for significant political events.
