Separate Egg Whites From Yolks

The act of separating the yolk and the egg white is something of a popular skill these days. You might be familiar with the method of using your hand to catch the yolk while the white drips through your fingers. But why go with that messy method when you can just use this easy trick instead?
Simply place the rim of a plastic bottle over the yolk, then squeeze the bottle until the yolk is sucked inside. Just turn the bottle downwards to pour the yolk out. Don’t worry, this method is easy enough and you can squeeze and pour out the yolk without damaging it.
