Mackynzie Duggar was the first grandchild born to the famous Duggar family, who achieved fame through their reality show “18 Kids and Counting.” Anne’s pregnancy with Mackynzie was heavily featured in Season 2 of the show, and her birthday was featured in an episode. Mackynzie’s gender was announced via a cake-cutting on the “Today” show.
Even her first birthday was a big deal as she got a special episode on her show. Mackynzie was born on October 8, 2009, in an episode titled “The First Grandduggar.” She already displayed her singing chops to the world when she recorded her first Christmas album, “Happy Heart,” in 2018.
