Soleil Moon Frye – Lost 42 Lbs
Most of us remember actress Soleil Moon Frye as she appeared in the ever-popular TV series Punky Brewster. Soleil had picked up weight after the birth of her four children. However, with Nutrisystem’s help, Soleil shed a whopping 42 pounds in 2016, according to People.
By happenstance, the star lost 42 pounds in time to celebrate her 42nd birthday. Flash forward to 2020, and Soleil is still looking sensational. She is working on a documentary called KID 90 that compiles footage from the ’90s, granting a blueprint of the star’s life in video.
