Chrissy Metz – Lost 80 Lbs

Chrissy Metz has struggled with her weight ever since she was a child. She was obese, and losing weight has always been challenging for her. It was a breakthrough moment for her when she was cast in the series American Horror Story: Freakshow. When she was asked to wear a fat suit for her role, it finally hit her to do something about her weight.

Chrissy started undergoing the Blitzkrieg weight loss program, which was a challenge for her. She even faced depression most times. In the end, she lost around 80 pounds. Fortunately, she gained more motivation as she received a major role in the show This Is Us. Since 2016, Chrissy plays the role of Kate Pearson.
