Valerie Bertinelli – Lost 50 Lbs
Valerie Bertinelli has been in the acting industry since the ’70s. She’s most known for her roles in One Day At A Time, Touched by an Angel and Hot in Cleveland. Bertinelli gained a lot of weight in 2007, and this didn’t make her look good on screen.
She later decided to go on a healthy diet, eating more salads with homemade dressings and roasted vegetables. Valerie also focused on doing a lot of fat-burning workouts instead of stressing out over the scale so much. Her hard work definitely produced wonderful results since she lost around 50 pounds
