The actress shares her exercising routine with her husband, who is also a very sporty person. They workout together three times a week with weights, in hour-long sessions. Other days of the week, they are also doing cardio and spinning. The couple motivates each other; so the routine stays more exciting and as a result Melissa has managed to lose 40 lbs.
