Letitia Dean – Lost 29 Lbs
Being a full-bodied woman in the public eye can be tough. EastEnders star Letitia Dean learned that the hard way. In fact, she even revealed she was fat-shamed when she first joined the long-running BBC One soap opera in the ‘80s.
After struggling with her weight for years, she managed to lose 29 pounds and go down four dress sizes. Her hard work particularly showed during her Strictly Come Dancing stint (pictured right) in the ‘00s as she displayed her slim physique in flattering dancer outfits. As of 2021, she’s still playing Sharon Watts on EastEnders.
