Patrick Stump – Lost 60 Lbs

Patrick Stump first gained popularity when he became the vocalist of the rock band Fall Out Boy, a band that originated in Wilmette, Illinois. In the entirety of his stay with Fall Out Boy, Patrick was a chubby guy, and at the same time, he was a candidate for diabetes and had serious asthma attacks.

However, he knew that in order to lose weight, he needed to change the way he thought; he began working out, and eventually, he managed to lose 60 pounds in the process. In 2018, Fall Out Boy released another EP called Lake Effect Kid, with Patrick looking slim and confident this time.
