Shonda Rhimes gained popularity in Hollywood as she was most known to be a showrunner, creator, and head writer. She has worked for multiple films and TV series, including Grey’s Anatomy. After giving birth to her third child, Shonda decided to focus on pursuing her better self.
She underwent a strict diet and an intense workout routine and managed to shed a total of 150 pounds. After two decades in the industry, Shonda made a big decision in 2017 by signing a multi-year development deal with streaming giant Netflix. All of her future productions will now be Netflix Original series.
