Jorge Garcia – Lost 100 Lbs

Even back when Jorge Garcia was playing in the Lost series, his role required him to eventually lose some weight. He did end up losing approximately 30 to 40 pounds, only to gain them back up once the show finished airing. At his highest, he used to weigh a bit over 400 LBS.

With the help of his wife Rebecca Birdsall, with whom he got married in 2019, and by trying out a healthier lifestyle, Jorge was able to excel. He is now 100 pounds lighter than what he once was and has been playing in Hawaii Five-0 since 2013!
