Popular English chef Tom Kerridge, who has made TV appearances on numerous cooking shows, has a weight loss journey worth sharing. Being a host and contestant on different cooking shows means that one is constantly exposed to the temptation of eating. Unfortunately, Kerridge fell victim to the same thing.
Eventually, overeating caused a vast amount of weight gain. Medical inspection showed that his organs had layers of fat around them. Considering how dangerous the situation had become, he decided to lose weight. A carb-free diet helped him shed 168lbs. Kerridge now runs his own show, Lose Weight and Get Fit, where he advises his audience to get fit by following the correct diet.
