John Goodman – Lost 100 Lbs

John Goodman has always been adequately described as the funny fat man since he was really good at making people laugh and was proud of it. However, he recently became unrecognizable after undergoing a weight loss regimen, which made him lose around 100 pounds. He followed nutrition advice when he received news that his health was at risk.

He needed a drastic solution at once, so John hired his own personal trainer and started a well-balanced diet, which easily paid off. Meanwhile, we will see his transformation in the Roseanne spin-off titled The Conners, which started in October 2018. John plays the role of Dan Conner.
