Matt Lucas – Lost 36 Lbs

English comedian Matt Lucas’s transformation happened at a time he was facing some serious health issues. His doctor told him that if he didn’t start eating healthier, he would develop diabetes. At the same time, he was cast to play a man who owned a diet club! It was the ideal combination, persuading Lucas to drop a reported 36 lbs by reducing his daily calory intake to 1,500.

Almost a decade after the remarkable transformation, Lucas has admitted that staying in shape was extra-hard during the lockdown. He feels good in 2021 regardless of his age and has even grown his first-ever mustache.
