The lovely Welsh comedian/actress Sian Gibson, from Peter Kay’s Car Share, has a powerful trick when it comes to staying confident and feeling beautiful: she simply doesn’t watch herself on TV! Gibson admitted that anytime she spots herself on the small screen, she feels “physically sick.”

She mentioned that her wrinkles and double chins make her feel like she should start a diet, and she finds her appearance “unbearable.” It goes to show just how modest Gibson is: considering she’s 44, she looks gorgeous and in shape. She may not like to watch herself on TV, but pretty much everyone else does!
