Pharell Williams is a very successful producer who has worked with big names like Justin Timberlake, Ed Sheeran, and Beyonce. He most recently produced Ariana Grande’s 2018 album titled Sweetener. His hard work over the years brought him multi-million dollar earnings and this is why he could afford to move into a lavish $11-million penthouse in Miami.

The five-bedroom penthouse has a theater, billiards room, gym, and a three-level terrace. There are also numerous art pieces around the whole place. The penthouse hit the market in 2012 but it was only sold in 2016 for $9.25 million.
