The price he got it for back then was $670K. As time passed, its value went up, and sources estimate it to be worth $5.2 million these days.

The mansion comes with four bedrooms, a spacious garage, and a swimming pool. Simmons has yet to give the press a proper tour of the inside of the place. In 2020, he started uploading videos on Youtube to help people stay in shape during the quarantine.
