Jon Jones – $750K, Ithaca

As one of the bigger names in the mixed martial arts (MMA) scene, Jon Jones has been doing nothing but collecting titles, making money along the way. The UFC fighter would be making more dough, though, once he finally sells his Ithaca home which he listed in 2017 for $750K.

The 4,406-square-foot living space has two floors holding four bedrooms, five restrooms, and a basement re-purposed as a plush training room complete with rubber flooring and punching bags with ceiling supports. The world is awaiting Jones’ comeback to the Octagon on March 3, 2019, as he goes head to head with Anthony Smith.
