Hilary Duff – $6.2 Million, L.A.

Hilary Duff was one of the biggest teen stars of Disney back then, thanks to her starring role on Lizzie McGuire. She had really good financial planning growing up and this is why she has never faced any financial struggles over the years. The first-ever mansion Duff purchased was located in Toluca Lake. The five-bedroom home had such a nice interior and exterior design.

As Duff got wealthier, she was able to move into better homes and this Toluca Lake mansion was placed on the market for $6.25 million. Duff has an upcoming movie titled, The Haunting of Sharon Tate.
