Tatum O’Neal – $1.495 Million, New York

With the Paper Moon film in 1973, Tatum O’Neal became the youngest person to ever win an Academy Award. She grew to become quite a successful actress despite facing some difficulties along the way.

In fact, in 2019, she played in The Assent film. Up until 2011, Tatum had been living in this beautiful apartment in New York City. She ended up selling it for $1.495 million. Given NYC’s real estate prices, this price was understandable. The apartment offered her 1,435 square feet of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has incredible views of the city.
