Phil Schofield – London, £2 Million

The English TV host Phil Schofield ended things with his wife Stephanie in 2020 and got himself a £2-million bachelor’s pad in London. Schofield’s divorce was particularly sensational, with the “This Morning” host coming out as gay after years of speculation. Hello! magazine took a look at Schofield’s new abode and praised its chic white fireplace and modern style of decoration.

In 2021, Schofield was as busy as always and appeared in several British TV shows, including “The Cube,” “Dancing on Ice,” “The National Television Awards 2021,” “The One Show,” “Ted Lasso,” and “This Morning.”

Steve Harvey – $165M, California

Steve Harvey is the entertaining host you would see on Family Feud and the yearly Miss Universe pageant. It’s not a secret that he has a huge fortune in the bank and you won’t really find it surprising that he lives in a mansion that comes with a multi-million dollar price tag.

Although he can easily acquire ownership of a certain place, it seems like he doesn’t mind just renting out. Sources say he pays $110K a month for his mansion in Beverley Park. The 11,200 square-foot estate’s estimated value is somewhere around $165 million. Harvey is currently working on a Think Like A Man TV series.
