Word on the street is Novak is on the move, and he has made Spain his permanent address. He purchased this Marbella villa for about $11 million, and it is located in a posh neighborhood of the city.

The swanky estate features a huge yard that overlooks the sea and the mountains in the vicinity. Of course, Novak loves his sport, so he’s even built a tennis court to practice at the comforts of his home.
