Famous as the greatest female tennis player of all time, Martina Navratilova won over 59 major titles in her career of 36 years, which came to an end in 2006. Even after retirement, Marina had enough money in her bank account to purchase several expensive properties, among which is this $2.54 million Florida place.

She owned a bayfront house in Casey Key, Nokomis, with a 4,000 square feet living area. It had five bedrooms and bathrooms and was just a few miles away from little Sarasota bay. Purchased for only $165K, Martina made a substantial profit on selling it in 2008.
