The last film she played in might have been Picture Paris in 2018. But as it turns out, Meg Ryan’s been keeping busy with buying, renovating, and selling real estate. Her Architectural Digest featured apartment in Soho is a big example. She splashed out $8 million buying it in 2014 and sold it years later for $9.84 million.
The building dates to the 19th century, while the apartment itself seems incredibly new! It has 4,100 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of its unique features are the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. Meanwhile, the master suite has a total of eight closets!
Sylvester Stallone – $10 Million, Beverly Hills
Sylvester Stallone is an actor who a lot of you know for starring in Rocky and Rambo movies. In 2019, you will be seeing Stallone in the new Rambo V: Last Blood movie. Stallone’s bank account has grown tremendously over the years and this is why he gets to afford very lavish houses.
Stallone owns an enormous mansion in Beverly Hills which has a total of six bedrooms and a huge backyard that comes with a luxurious swimming pool. He first purchased the estate back in 1997 and it is said to be worth around $10 million.
Eddie Murphy – $85 Million, Hollywood Hills
The funnyman from the ’80s decided to park a small amount of his net worth in real estate and bought a 20,000-square feet mansion in Hollywood Hills which cost him $6.3 million. Fortunately, his investments proved to be fruitful and today his dream villa costs more than $85 million.
