Famous American DJ Ryan Lewis invested a lot of his fortune in a very spacious and cozy mansion. His 7,610-square-foot property is located in Magnolia, Seattle, and features a music studio, a theater, and a whiskey bar, and it’s said to be worth around $8 million.

The man responsible for producing Macklemore’s signature beats in The Heist chose a very traditionally styled mansion, with vaulted ceilings and huge rooms that open to outdoor spaces. A surprising choice, considering that Seattle’s real estate market is mostly based in modern and mid-century modern properties.
