Harry Styles – $8 Million, Hollywood Hills

Harry Styles surely knows how to make a smart real estate investment at the age of 24. In 2016, he purchased a modern mansion in Hollywood Hills which had a price tag of $6.87 million. Everything about the place was just amazing and spending millions on it was really worth it.

Although, Styles didn’t really see himself staying there in the long run so he later put it back on the market with an asking price of $8 million. Aside from his music career, Styles is very busy these days working as a producer for the show called Happy Together.
