Lady Gaga’s property in Hollywood Hills was actually previously owned by the legendary Frank Zappa. Her $5.25-million property features a recording studio, a rooftop tennis court, a greenhouse, a swimming pool, and two guesthouses. Being the former house of an artist, the mansion also includes a double-height art gallery and a storage room where Zappa used to keep his precious archives.

After Frank’s death in 1993, the house switched hands between his widow Gail Zappa and his 3 children, that eventually decided to cash in $5.5 million when they sold the property to a mysterious buyer… that ended up being Lady Gaga!
