In 2021, the American gymnast Simone Biles raised awareness of the importance of mental health issues amongst high-level athletes. She did so by removing herself from some of the competitions of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. While the bold move earned her some criticism, she was mostly praised for her honesty and bravery.

After the stress of the Olympics, Biles took refuge in her $2-million Texas home, which makes for a 4,000-square-foot Houston stunner. It features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a huge backyard swimming pool. According to Hello! magazine, she acquired the property in 2019.
