Orlando Bloom has been a household name since his breakthrough role in the Lord of the Rings franchise, and Pirates of the Caribbean after that, earning him an estimated net worth of $40 million. He bought his Beverly Hills house from the renowned architect Miguel Aragonés who had it renovated before selling it to Bloom for $7 million.

Orlando put the property for sale in 2019, a month after he got engaged to Katy Perry. With a swimming pool, wood decking, and several other luxurious additions, the house’s selling price reached $9 million. Apparently, the pair will need the money since they’re expecting their first baby together!
