Michael Phelps – $4.1 Million, Scottsdale

Michael Phelps is well known for his success as an Olympic swimmer and he has bagged numerous gold medals over the years. Phelps officially retired from his swimming career in 2016. Now that he is not that busy anymore, he gets to lounge around at home and spend time with his family. In 2015, Phelps purchased a nice house in Scottsdale, Arizona for $2.5 million and every inch of the place is truly breathtaking.

Of course, the house came with a large pool where he can do some laps in. Phelps apparently moved into a nicer home because the former one was listed in 2018 for $4.1 million.
