Prince William – Undisclosed Price, Kensington Palace

Prince William and Kate Middleton have returned to their home in Kensington Palace with their three kids after staying at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk country home, for most of 2020. Since 2014, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have made a home out of the palace’s Apartment 1A while working on their royal duties.

While Apartment 1A may sound like a small studio apartment, it’s actually a detached four-story structure. It has a total of 20 rooms, and five of them are reception rooms. On top of that, the place has three main bedrooms, staff quarters, and a nursery.
