Ndamukong Suh – $5.85 Million, Fort Lauderdale

Ndamukong Suh, former Miami Dolphins player, listed this cool mansion in March 2018 for the asking price of $7.29 million but sold it for only $5.85 million. In 2015, Suh bought the six-bedroom water-front residence in Fort Lauderdale for $6.5 million.

Even if the athlete obviously lost this home bargain, there’s no denying that the 11,000-square-foot domain is a well-made living space with its customized pool, wine room, and home cinema, among its other cool features. The new owners, named Ryan and Lilliana Collison, are truly lucky to have acquired the place for lower than its original asking price!
