Dennis Quaid – $14 Million, Montana

Dennis Quaid has been a household name in the acting scene since the 1980s and some of his most memorable performances were in movies like The Parent Trap, Far from Heaven, and Vantage Point. Quaid once bought a lavish ranch in Montana which was the perfect place for when he needed a break from all the Hollywood drama.

The ranch features a cozy main house, horse stables, ponds, and a total of four guesthouses. Quaid later listed the ranch for $14 million. He probably wanted to make an investment in another location across America. Quaid has an upcoming movie titled, A Dog’s Journey.
