Kelly Ripa – $27 Million, New York

Given that with her husband Mark Consuelos, Kelly Ripa spends her time between L.A. and New York, it’s unsurprising seeing them owning houses in both those places. Their New York condo, however, is impressive, as it’s worth $24.5 million! Kelly and Mark picked it up in 2013.

It’s reportedly worth around $27 million, more than the $22 million that Kelly’s earning in a year! It’s worth every penny though, as, within its 7,796 square feet, the apartment has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two fireplaces, as well as a private rooftop terrace. She’s been co-hosting Live with Kelly and Ryan since 2001.
